近年、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が国内外で報告されております。
すべてのお客様に安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用について、以下の点につきましてご協力をお願い申し上げます。
- 外出などで客室を不在にされる際や就寝時には、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。
- 充電中は、お客様自身が状態を確認できる場所でご使用をお願いいたします。
- モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、直射日光の当たる窓際、ベッドやシーツ、カーテン等の可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
- 破損や膨張、異常な発熱が見られるモバイルバッテリーのご使用はお控えください。
なお、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動、または充電を停止させていただく場合がございます。

Recently, there have been reports of portable chargers causing smoke or fire both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure safety and comfort to all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using portable chargers in the guest rooms:
- Please refrain from charging portable chargers when you are away from your room or while sleeping.
- While charging, please make sure portable chargers remain within sight and can be checked regularly.
- When charging a portable charger or using it to charge other devices, please avoid placing the devices near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, bed sheets and curtains.
- Do not use portable chargers that are damaged, swollen or unusually hot.
If our housekeeping staff notice any of the above situations during room cleaning, they may move the portable chargers or stop charging them to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
